Real Families. Lasting Impact.

“To hear that he was having delays was hard for me, but our early intervention team made us feel less alone.”

When you work in Early Intervention, you become a trusted partner to families during some of their most vulnerable moments. For Tia, a first-time mom, her son’s early intervention team was a lifeline from the first assessment through his transition to daycare.

As an early interventionist, you can be the person who:

  • Help parents understand their child’s needs
  • Offer care and creativity to support daily progress
  • Recommend resources that ease a family’s journey
  • Build trust with families navigating the unknown

With a Master’s in Early Intervention from Erikson, you’ll be ready to support families with compassion and expertise, creating impact that lasts a lifetime.
